Lucy, The Patron Saint Of A Clear Path Forward
As we head into this wonderful time of year of longer and hopefully more carefree days, won’t you take a long walk in the woods with your dog and contemplate your path forward? Is your coast clear?

In the midst of a maddening March, my daughter Megan and 92 co-stars provided us with a respite from the real world. In the process, they reminded us that the status quo can be successfully challenged with careful thought and a the execution of a well designed plan.
We can with careful thought, planning and execution bring some degree of certainty to a very uncertain time and place. We can plan proactively and take your dreams out of your head or off of your excel spreadsheet and make them a living breathing legacy that will with stand the test of time.
Getting beyond the proverbial four walls was a true gift of the season for our family and dear friends. After a cancer battle with my daughter Megan, followed by two years of COVID, it was the celestial nudge and absolute reminder of how truly blessed we all are. It was a reminder that life can and often does change in very unpredictable ways. It was also a reminder that we all need a plan and need to be deliberate and thoughtful in how we create that plan.
As we all gather around the Thanksgiving table this week, it is a powerful nod to life, to those we love and to the abundance that we share as family, dear friends & Americans. It is also a reminder of the collective responsibility that we have to one another, particularly those less fortunate.
When properly designed and implemented by a team of professionals, a plan can help create and meet dreams and non-negotiables in very impactful ways.
