Our Thoughts

Getting beyond the proverbial four walls was a true gift of the season for our family and dear friends. After a cancer battle with my daughter Megan, followed by two years of COVID, it was the celestial nudge and absolute reminder of how truly blessed we all are. It was a reminder that life can and often does change in very unpredictable ways. It was also a reminder that we all need a plan and need to be deliberate and thoughtful in how we create that plan.

As we all gather around the Thanksgiving table this week, it is a powerful nod to life, to those we love and to the abundance that we share as family, dear friends & Americans. It is also a reminder of the collective responsibility that we have to one another, particularly those less fortunate.

When properly designed and implemented by a team of professionals, a plan can help create and meet dreams and non-negotiables in very impactful ways.

The giving and quiet selfless actions of the those no longer with us will be forever remembered for the genuine impact that they made upon humanity.

Enjoying the beach this week, I found myself reflecting on the joy and freedom of one of life's great gifts, bodysurfing!
